This gorgeous hunk of Gunnery Point jasper demanded a remarkable setting.
I textured sterling silver sheet with custom etched patterns, and coaxed the metal into cones. I sawed open the setting at the back, because this stone is just too lovely to hide.
The handcrafted chain can be clasped at any length up to 19 inches. Just hook it where you’d like to compliment your neckline.
Mined in Yuma, Arizona, Gunnery Point Jasper has the colors of the desert..brick reds, burnt umber, cerulean blues, a geologist’s dream.
The recycled sterling silver has been oxidized and polished to a matte finish.
